The exercising method that helped to make Girls’ Generation Tiffany‘s luxurious legs has been revealed.
On the 13th, Girls’ Generation’s trainer, Kim Ji Hoon, made an appearance as a guest on SBS‘s ‘Good Morning’ and began training Lee Hye Jung.
Kim Ji Hoon started the training by saying, “I’m going to
introduce the 5:3:2 exercising method that made Girls’ Generation’s Tiffany shapely legs.”
He continued, “5:3:2 is the ratio that will most beautifully show
off your legs. Girls’ Generation’s Tiffany maintains her legs using
this method. [The method] can affect many muscles in the lower body. It
is an exercise that can stimulate each small region, one by one. I made
it [in an attempt to] create an exercise method that is fun to perform.”
Kim Ji Hoon proceeded to then demonstrate the 5:3:2 exercise method,
which involves running in place while moving your legs side to side five
times, and then repeating, but moving your legs from front to back the
second time around five times.
