Boyband, MBLAQ, successfully debuted in Japan with their single "Your Luv", which grabbed the second spot on the Oricon Weekly Chart. Earlier this month over 46,000 gathered for a CD release event, and on May 26th, more than 5,400 screaming fans came out for MBALQ's first Japanese fan meeting at Zepp Tokyo.
As soon as MBLAQ appeared, the venue broke out into a loud cheer. The group began performing with their debut single "Oh Yeah". Lee Joon's vocals and ab flexing sent the crowd into a frenzy. Then the boys got the crowd moving with their second single "Y".

During the talking segment of the fan event, fans got to see exclusive pictures and went crazy a second time during each member's commentary.
Afterwards, MBLAQ performed the songs "Again", "Stay" and "You're My+" from their first full-length album, "BLAQ Style".
Mir wrote the lyrics to "You're My+" with fans in mind. So of course when he sang it, fangirls became giddy as the maknae's song reached deep into their hearts.
After the fans recovered, each member gave solo performances. G.O. sang a cover of Japanese artist, Yutaka Ozaki's "I LOVE YOU", and Seung Ho and Cheon Dung went toe to toe in a dance battle. One fan got a treat when she was invited onto the stage to have Lee Joon sing a song just for her. The venue filled with nervous shrieks.

The event ended with MBLAQ singing their debut Japanese single "Your Luv" and one of its coupling tracks, "Daijoubu".
MBLAQ also shared their thoughts on their Japanese fans...
Seung Ho
I was really happy that everyone gave us a warm welcome. We will not forget what we set out to do and will keep at it.
G.O.
They had really good manners and followed the rules. I was impressed by all the fans.
Lee Joon
Although we still have a long way to go, everyone supported us and we can return it with our persistence.
Cheon Dung
I'm glad the fans received us better than I expected.
Mir
I couldn't participate in the other meeting, but being with the other members at this fan meeting was a lot of fun.
